CHECKLIST FOR ACCEPTED STUDENTS – NEEDED FORMS If you’ve been officially accepted to AIB, there are just a few more forms the AIB Admissions Office needs from you. Please review each item carefully and submit the completed forms as soon as possible.

Tuition Deposit and Housing Application Form Use this combination form to submit your tuition deposit, housing application, and housing deposit. Please note: the $50 tuition deposit is required of all new students (even those living off campus) in order to issue you a class schedule. For those living on campus, be sure to also complete the housing section and include a $200 security deposit (required to assign you an apartment). Note: All new students under 21 are required to live on campus, unless they are living in the area with family.

Roommate Preference Form All new students living on campus are required to submit this form.

Health Form All new students are required to submit this form.

Vehicle Pre-Registration Form All new students planning to have a vehicle on campus need to complete this form.
